Mark and Lisa run Whin Hill Norfolk Cider, a small company located in the beautiful seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea in the heart of the North Norfolk coast just four miles or so from Walsingham. Whin Hill Norfolk Cider is dedicated to producing quality cider, perry and apple juice from their own locally grown ingredients using traditional production methods.
All their ciders, perries and juices are made from natural, local ingredients and contain no added water, flavourings or artificial sweeteners. They firmly believe that a quality ingredient married with their meticulously high production standards is the key to producing such fantastic varieties of full bodied ciders and distinctive perries.
All of the cider and perry they produce is made from cider apples and perry pears that are lovingly nurtured in their own orchards located in Stanhoe, a stones throw away. The beautiful North Norfolk climate and fabulously rich and fertile Norfolk soils allow for an unrivalled quality of fruit which they harvest each Autumn using traditional methods.
